Role Overview
This internship provides
hands-on exposure to e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, and customer coordination

Main Responsibilities
Coordinate with store managers and customers to confirm product availability and fulfil orders.
Track fulfilment timelines, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely shipping.
Maintain accurate order records and update product listings on website/marketplaces.
Liaise with customers on order status and assist with issue resolution.
Additional Learning
Support QA for our AI chatbot by reviewing conversations and flagging improvements.
Assist with simple test cases and prompt adjustments to enhance customer experience.
No programming background required -- training will be provided for AI-related tasks.

Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Mass Communication, or related fields.
Strong communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English).
Highly organized and able to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, eager to learn about AI and e-commerce.
Internship Details
Schedule: 10am - 7pm, 5 working days per week (rotating schedule, 2 rest days).
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
