Requirements

• Prior experience in e-commerce operations, order processing, or logistics is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to listen, read, and write in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Order Processing - Handle all online orders from system platforms, ensure accurate entry, and generate tracking numbers for each order.
• Shipment Coordination - Liaise with the shipping/logistics department to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
• Courier Communication - Coordinate with courier service providers for shipment pick-up, delivery issues, and claims.
• Customer Package Issues - Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to missing, delayed, or damaged parcels.
• Record Keeping - Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and tracking updates for internal reporting.
• Cross-department Support - Assist customer service and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Continuous Improvement - Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance order accuracy and delivery efficiency.
