We are looking for a highly motivated, efficient and detail-oriented candidate who is able to work with our local and regional team on e-commerce operational activities. As part of the E-Commerce Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Company\'s online growth in the next few years.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs
  • Assist the e-commerce operations team to edit and upload products to hit online sales targets
  • Work closely with marketing team to ensure online SOPs are running smoothly
  • Provide customers support through channels, including but not limited to email and social media
  • Responding to customer enquiries within an agreed response time
  • Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams
Qualifications
  • Diploma/degree in marketing, operations or equivalent
  • Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented, organized and has good time management
  • Able to work independently in a team and show good level of initiative
  • Able to commute to office located in Kuala Lumpur
  • Working hours from 10am - 6pm
