Manage and update the Ace EdVenture Market Store website, relevant social media and eCommerce functions including latest campaign, events and promotions;
Create systems and SOPs that will help ensure the buyer experience is smooth
Ensure the SKUs and the filing system for all vendors and buyers are up-to-date and are easily tracked for accounts and administrative work.
Monitor the web analytics to measure the performance of website activity and make recommendations to change;
To create and monitor the performance of sales campaigns, and promotions, followed by making any recommendations for change and feeding this back;
In charge of PPC (pay per click advertising), SEO (keyword research and store visibility across Google) & establishing key traffic-driving partnerships online.
Monitoring rate & inventory changes as well as content management;
Monitoring costs, providing status reports to management, and incorporating feedback from the customers.

To monitor, check and sync transactional data between the e-commerce platform and payment gateway systems for data clearing do bank/finance reconciliations
3. Site Content, Design & Marketing
Analyse customer behavior and tendencies while buying specific range of product.
Engage best strategies for effectively convincing new customers and improving marketing campaigns.
Devising effective marketing strategies that harness sales-related insights, and communicate the features and benefits of new products to encourage sales in the online store.
In charge of quality control of photography, image, copy and overall merchandising and design lay-out on the Ace EdVenture Market Store website and social media posts.
Major role in the look and feel for of the webstore & social media
Information architecture to optimise visual presentation, arrangement and definition of key content pillars ((UX).
Build online brand awareness and reach more customers
Creation of content and design for social media & marketing programs.
To liaise with vendors promotional materials and events, which include but not limited to organising workshops.

Requirements and Skills
Diploma or Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of using software like Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva/Offeo/Inshot, Social Media Scheduling Apps

To assist Inventory reconciliations
