We are seeking a hands-on

E-Commerce Operations Supervisor

with proven experience growing sales on Shopee and TikTok Shop. This is a proactive, results-driven role -- not just uploading products.

Location:

Taman Industri Selesa Jaya, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor.

Salary:

RM3,000 - RM3,500 + Commission (based on sales performance)

Responsibilities:

Manage daily shop operations for Shopee & TikTok: listings, customer service, orders, and campaigns. Create and optimize product titles, keywords, main images, videos, and descriptions. Monitor shop KPIs: CTR, conversion rate, repeat purchase, ROAS, SLA. Coordinate promotions, campaigns, vouchers, and platform activities. Respond to customer enquiries, reviews, and complaints professionally. Analyze sales and traffic data to identify growth opportunities. Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure stock accuracy and timely fulfilment.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years experience

in e-commerce operations (Shopee/TikTok). Proven track record with measurable results: monthly orders, revenue, or shop growth. Strong skills in listing optimization, keyword research, and basic video editing (CapCut/VN). Familiar with platform rules, SLA, penalties, and customer service SOPs. Independent, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
