As part of the Malaysia TikTok Shop Category & Merchant Strategy team, you will join the ShopTab User Operations function. This team focuses on driving user awareness, accelerating traffic growth, improving user conversion, and managing ShopTab resources effectively. You'll play a key role in shaping user engagement and supporting the overall growth of TikTok Shop in Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategy operations and budget management of the Malaysia Marketplace Flash Sale channel, building a comprehensive data system, and leveraging the "user-product-scenario" model to achieve GMV and other key targets.
- Conduct strategic analysis and provide guidance on key initiatives, deliver actionable solutions for business execution, and support the rollout of major projects.
- Drive cross-team collaboration and establish sound operating mechanisms, working closely with business, campaign, product, and algorithm teams; flexibly adjust strategies in complex environments with real-time validation and continuous optimization
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above; prior work experience in Southeast Asian countries and willingness to travel as needed.
- Familiarity with campaign back-end systems and ability to design, configure, and test campaigns/experiments effectively
- Hands-on experience in budget planning, financial tracking, and resource optimization in collaboration with finance teams
- Strategic mindset with high data sensitivity; able to quickly generate actionable solutions based on data insights and ensure execution
- Strong structured/systematic thinking, logical reasoning, and learning agility
