What You'll Be Doing:



Shopify Store Management:

Oversee daily operations and performance of the Shopify store, including product listings, collections, pricing, and promotions. Collaborate with brand engagement teams to ensure campaigns and visuals align with brand goals. Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion, ensuring a smooth customer journey.


? Lazada Store Operations:

Manage Lazada Seller Center -- product uploads, campaign participation, and store health metrics. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer service. Analyze store performance and suggest actions to improve sales and visibility.


E-Commerce Strategy & Optimization:

Identify opportunities to grow traffic and sales through data analysis and market insights. Propose and execute marketing or promotional strategies to drive online growth. Work closely with management to plan campaigns, forecast sales, and monitor performance KPIs.


Market & Competitor Research:

Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and platform updates to stay ahead of the curve. Recommend pricing, assortment, and marketing adjustments based on insights.


Cross-Platform Coordination:

Ensure brand consistency across Shopify, Lazada, and other online platforms. Support the integration of new digital tools or sales channels when needed.
