Job Summary:

The E-commerce cum Shipping Executive is responsible for managing online sales channels and ensuring smooth order fulfillment and shipping processes. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, inventory coordination, customer service, and logistics management. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day operations of online sales and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

E-commerce Operations:

Manage product listings across online platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).

Ensure accurate and up-to-date information (descriptions, pricing, images, stock levels).

Coordinate with the marketing team for online campaigns and promotions.

Process & monitor order processing, returns, and cancellations.

Analyse sales performance and provide reports.

Shipping & Logistics:

Process and coordinate daily shipments (local and international).

Liaise with courier companies and freight forwarders.

Track and ensure on-time delivery of orders.

Handle shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, AWBs, etc.).

Address any issues related to delayed or lost shipments.

Inventory & Coordination:

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse.

Maintain accurate inventory records across systems.

Support inventory audits and stock checks.

Customer Service:

Respond to customer queries and resolve order/shipping-related issues.

Provide updates on order status and expected delivery times.

Requirements:

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Experience:

1-3 years in e-commerce or shipping/logistics preferred.

Skills:

o Familiar with major e-commerce platforms and order management systems.

o Strong knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures.

o Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

o Detail-oriented and organized.

o Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Experience with SQL Accounting systems.

Basic knowledge of customs procedures and international trade regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
