Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Management:

Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and content on the showroom's website and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart). Ensure high-quality product descriptions, images, and SEO-optimized content. Manage inventory and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for order fulfillment. Track and improve conversion rates, cart abandonment, and user experience.
Customer Service and Satisfaction:

??Ensure good customer retention by providing excellent and professional services. ??Provide service and solve clients' problems through WhatsApp, Marketplace, Facebook Messenger, email and phone calls. ??Coordinate and liaise customer orders with outlet for packing and dispatch.
Content & Social Media:

Create and schedule engaging social media content to promote furniture collections, deals, and promotions on Facebook, Instagram & Rednote(XHS) Create visuals for posts, banners, and ads. Engage with customers through social media platforms to build brand loyalty.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce management. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Lazada, Shopee, WooCommerce, or similar. Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the Golf or Sports industry Knowledge of marketplace selling (Lazada, Shopee, WooCommerce) Experience in managing Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Rednote) Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills. Data-driven mindset with attention to performance metrics. Basic photography or graphic design skills. Video shooting & editing experience
