What You'll Do:

Assist in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) Create and upload engaging product content (photos, videos, lifestyle captions) Support marketing campaigns & promotional materials (using Canva/Photoshop) Manage customer inquiries and after-sales support Conduct research on market trends and competitor products Hands-on experience:Assist with order packing & delivery arrangements (when needed and if you're open to it)

What We're Looking For:

Passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and lifestyle/home products Familiar with social media & current content trends Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop) Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Willing to learn and support different aspects of e-commerce operations Diploma/Degree students in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or related fields
