Responsibilities

Lead the planning, development and execution of online
Act as first point of contact for customer service enquiries (including by email, via website, feedback forms, telephone and letter) and action forward as appropriate for action.
Stays abreast of changes in the online
Maintain good relationship with merchandising team from various online
Work closely with logistic team and merchandising team to ensure smooth e-commerce operation.
Liaise with graphic designer to conceptualize product content and campaign web banners.
