Job Requirements :

• Language(s) Required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidates must possess at least Degree
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
• Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Lazada & ShopeeStrong understanding of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Skills required: Attention to detail, Knowledge of quality control standards and Communication skills.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's online store across various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada & Shopee).
• Create and optimize product listings, including writing compelling product descriptions, selecting images, and ensuring accurate pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure stock availability.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic and salesHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for growth.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our e-commerce operations competitive.
