Job Description

Soku racing is a car accessories shop located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

We are looking for a E-commerce executive to help us properly manage our Shopee, Lazada & Tiktokshop platforms to achieve our goals.

Key responsibilities:

-Maintain & hit E-commerce sales target for Shopee & Tiktokshop & Lazada
-Daily maintenance of all our online shopping platforms
-Packing of goods & fulfilment of orders on all online shopping platforms
-Optimizing our shopping platforms for our user experience
-Making sure that listed prices & products are accurate & up to date
-Achieving preferred + seller status on Shopee & starshop on tiktokshop.
-Organizing & implementing organic marketing tools that are available such as payday sale, 11.11, 12.12, bundle deals, add on deals etc.
-Quarterly update of home shop page pictures & products
-Maintaining chat response & help customers troubleshoot issues they are facing with our products.
-Take care of refunded parcels, return items & dispute customer's refunds when necessary.
-Maintain high chat response on all E-commerce platforms (Shopee & tiktokshop)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-Photoshop/canva (Must know how to edit product photos with watermark)
-1-2 years of experience in managing and driving e-commerce business.
-Minimum Diploma holder and/or degree in business information technology/digital marketing
-E-commerce platforms (Must be familiar with uploading products, implementing marketing campaigns & optimising shopping platforms)
-Minor video production skills (shooting & editing)
-Mandarin fluency will be an advantage.

No.20, jalan undan 17, taman perling 81200 JB. or waze soku racing car accessories

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 10AM - 7PM
Saturday: 10AM-3PM
Sunday: Off

Compensation:

-EPF & SOCSO
-Basic salary
-Comission on sales
-Allowance
-Extra bonus if sales target is hit

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
