We are a dynamic water purifier specialist, based in Malaysia, rapidly growing through an online store and an expanding network of agents and ecommerce. We are looking for a results-driven individual who can blend e-commerce operations with field support, helping us hit ambitious sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage our online store: upload and maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory updates, ensure listings are accurate and compelling.
Monitor online store performance: traffic, conversion, sales; identify opportunities to improve user experience, reduce drop-off and increase sales.
Handle customer support related to the online store: respond to enquiries, process orders, follow up on shipment/tracking, coordinate returns or exchanges.
Schedule and manage ad-hoc on-site installation appointments: liaise with customers and installation team, ensure smooth communication, ensure installations are delivered timely and to high quality standard.
Work closely with agents and sales personnel: support their online funnel, provide marketing collateral, help translate online leads into offline installations and sales.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets for the online channel and installations; track performance and report to management.
Provide feedback and insights from both online and onsite interactions: customer preferences, pain points, installation issues, product improvement suggestions.
Maintain documentation of installations, customer satisfaction, and after-sales support; ensure good data hygiene in CRM or e-commerce platform.
Continuously stay updated on e-commerce best practices, online marketing trends, and field installation workflows; propose improvements.
Target & Commission
This role is sales target-oriented: you will have defined monthly and quarterly targets for online store sales + online support.
When you achieve or exceed the sales target, you will be eligible for a commission bonus structure (details: to be discussed/negotiated) in addition to a competitive base salary.
Additional incentives may apply for high customer satisfaction ratings, efficient installation turnaround and agent recruitment support.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, e-Commerce, or related field preferred.
At least 1-3 years experience in e-commerce operations, online sales or similar role; experience in water filtration is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English + Chinese would be an added advantage)
Comfortable scheduling and coordinating field appointments (installation) including liaising with customers, technicians and internal teams.
Analytical mindset: able to interpret online store metrics (traffic, conversion, average order value), identify improvement areas.
Good customer support orientation: able to resolve enquiries, process orders, maintain a positive customer experience.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks (online store + field support) and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Sheets), comfortable learning e-commerce platforms (Shopify / lazada, shopee marketplace backend) and scheduling tools.
