We\'re now looking for an Editor to join our Editing and Publishing (E&P) team.

• Copyedit and proofread Informa Tech content, including reports, PowerPoint documents, and Excel spreadsheets, to ensure it is consistent, accurate, and accessible to a global client base.
• Copyedit, proofread, and check all data points on forecasts, spreadsheets, reports, and data tools, before publishing content to relevant channels.
• Publish content using online content management system.
• Support successful, on-time delivery of syndicated research projects across sectors and consulting engagements.
• Ensure that content is delivered in a timely manner and that related KPIs are being met. Support Editing & Publishing Manager in creating strategies and schedules for special projects.
• Be the point of contact for content type templates and company style guide. Help address related issues to develop consistency across Informa Tech content portfolio.
• Assist E&P colleagues with training of Analysts and Editors on writing skills, use of content-type-specific templates, and company style guide.
• Work closely with Research & Data colleagues from across the business, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Management Directors, to ensure content is delivered on time and to high quality.
• Support E&P Manager in content allocation and in the continuing evolution and refinement of E&P-related business/operational processes to optimize quality, timeliness, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of research execution and delivery. Continuous measurement of KPIs in this area.

Qualifications

• Experienced English-language editor with strong levels of output

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience managing tasks to ensure deadlines and stakeholder expectations are met

• A meticulous eye for detail

• Excellent written and communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across groups

• Knowledge of online publishing methods

• Experience in the design and implementation of E&P processes

• Experience with content management systems

• Experience in the technology market intelligence business preferred, including knowledge of research processes and methodologies

• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
