- Proven experience in editing or writing, strong command of the Mandarin language
- Experience in a particular industry (e.g., book publishing, journalism, content marketing) may be preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Responsible for interviewing and writing on the selected interviewees (Top Producer/Leader)
- Review and edit written content for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style.
- Evaluate the overall structure and flow of the content.
- Reorganize sections, paragraphs, and sentences for better coherence and readability.
- Standardize terminology and ensure consistency in style and tone.
- Coordinate with writers, designers, and other team members to meet deadlines.
- Conduct research to ensure content is accurate and up-to-date.
