• Applicants must have own transport.
• Willing to work occasionally on weekends for events purposes
• Applicants must be willing to work in Penang
• Has good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• The ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage.
• Dynamic, persuasive and passionate about sales.

• To organise talks, workshops, events for the public that assist in business development.
• To assist the Marketing Manager to prepare correspondences relating to marketing activities.
• To assist the Marketing Manager to conduct market surveys to understand market demand and sentiment.
• To provide course counselling to students, parents, walk-in customers, etc.
• Carry out targeted promotions and activities to increase public awareness and student enrolment.
• Propose marketing opportunities as well as new markets to achieve the Collegexe2x80x99s business objectives.
• Participate in market research and marketing plans to meet business objectives.
• Maintains potential database and prepares reports.
• Participate in marketing events such as seminars, fairs and other marketing or promotional events.
• Responsible for monitoring, measuring and improving service provision and for implementing a continuous improvement programmes to maintain studentsxe2x80x99 enrolment.
• Involved in the planning and implementation of tactical plans to create consumer sales off-take.
