Position: Education Consultant
Salary: RM1,800 - RM2,000
Location: 860-1, Jalan Permatang Tengah, Taman Perkasa, 13000 Butterworth, Pulau Pinang
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
Working Hours: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

1) Attend to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, or walk-ins in a friendly and professional manner.
2) Promote courses and programs by explaining and recommending suitable options to parents based on their needs.
3) Assist students with registration, ensuring forms and documents are completed accurately.
4) Follow up with leads by calling or messaging interested parents to encourage enrolments.
5) Update and maintain accurate student records in the system or database.
6) Support marketing activities such as school visits, education fairs, and online events.
7) Handle feedback from students and parents, providing solutions to any concerns raised.
8) Work towards meeting monthly sales targets for student enrolments and course packages.
9) Host engaging TikTok Live sessions to promote courses, answer enquiries, and build brand awareness.
10) Prepare simple daily or weekly reports on enquiries, enrolments, and sales performance.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1) Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; Diploma or higher is a plus.
2) Can communication and interpersonal skills.
3) Comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, and basic computer applications.
4) Experience in sales, customer service, or education is an advantage
