Position: Education Consultant
Salary: RM1,800 - RM2,000
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
Working Hours: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Location: 860-1, Jalan Permatang Tengah, Taman Perkasa, 13000 Butterworth, Pulau Pinang

1) Attend to Customer Enquiries

- Handle questions from parents through phone, WhatsApp, email, or walk-ins in a friendly and professional manner.

2) Promote Courses and Programs

- Explain and recommend suitable courses or education packages to customers based on their needs.

3) Assist with Student Registration

- Help students complete registration forms and ensure all documents are submitted correctly.

4) Follow Up with Leads

- Call or message interested parents to encourage them to sign up for courses.

5) Update Student Records

- Keep accurate records of student information in the system or database.

6) Support Marketing Activities

- Join school visits, education fairs, or online events to promote the company's courses.

7) Handle Student Feedback

- Listen to feedback from students or parents and help solve any issues they may have.

8) Reach Monthly Sales Targets

- Work towards meeting monthly targets for student enrolment or course sales.

9) Host Live TikTok Sessions

- Conduct engaging TikTok live sessions to promote courses, answer enquiries, and build brand awareness online.

10) Prepare Simple Reports

- Share daily or weekly updates with your team on customer enquiries, enrolments, and sales performance.

Preferred Qualifications

1) Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the education industry.
2) Able communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
3) Familiar with using WhatsApp, email, and social media for communication and promotion.
4) Confident and engaging when speaking with parents or going live on TikTok.
5) Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
6) Willing to work on-site and follow scheduled hours, including Saturdays.
7) Friendly, professional, and passionate about helping students and parents.
