Tanggungjawab

• Provide counseling and information to prospective students and/or parents on programs offered by Raffles Kuala Lumpur.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities to promote programs.
• Consult and provide advice, guidance, and information on admissions/enrollment requirements.
• Manage inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses to emails, calls, and walk-ins.
• Actively identify, acquire, and develop new sales opportunities.
• Maintain consistent contact with prospective and existing students throughout the enrollment process to achieve sales objectives.
• Participate in events like education fairs, workshops, and school fairs for marketing and promotion.
• Stay updated on best practices and promotional trends.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management as needed.
