- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and student-focused.
- Experience in culinary or hospitality education/programs is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel for recruitment activities.
- Experience in advising or assisting students to further their studies in Australia, including knowledge of education pathways, visa processes, and international study requirements.
- Engage with prospective students and their families to promote our college programs.
- Attend school visits, career fairs, and community events.
- Provide accurate course, career, and enrolment information.
- Support marketing and outreach campaigns.
- Guide applicants through the admissions process.
- Training and professional development.
