Be competent and familiar with all institutions represented by the company and the courses they offer;
Guidance to potential students and parents by helping them select appropriate institutions and courses.
Process and track all walk-ins, email inquiries, inbound calls and leads from recruiting events in a timely and efficient manner to ensure all inquiries are successfully converted into applications;
Provide assistance and advice with submission of course applications, visa applications, accommodation, scholarships, travel arrangements and other customer services;
Plan and participate in student recruitment events such as school fairs, education fairs, seminars, workshops, etc.;
Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative and effective marketing materials, advertising, etc.;
Any other temporary tasks assigned
