JOB PURPOSE The Education Counselor, Business Development (B2C) -Southern Malaysia is responsible to support Business Development Melaka & Johor team of Taylor\'s Higher Education (Taylor\'s University and Taylor\'s College). He/she is accountable for achieving the team and individual sales targets, which supports Taylor\'s University and Taylor\'s College sales targets, by driving the team Sales Pipeline (Lead, Contact, Appointment, Visit, Enrolment and Registration). That includes all Leads from all Channels. He/she is also accountable for achieving the team and individual sales leads generation target through Partner Secondary Schools, Exhibitions, and other feeder channels assigned from the Melaka & Johor region. KEY RESULT AREAS / RESPONSIBILITIES Grow Enrolment .Responsible for National Sales (New Local & Transfer Market) assigned to region,inclusive of supporting another sales department if needed. .Accountable for managing team\'s performance in achieving team National andRegional Sales Target and Growth by annual and cycle. Target includes StudentRegistration. .Provide comprehensive advice, guidance, and information, such as admissions requirements, tuition fees, scholarship and accommodation toprospective and existing students and parents of Taylor\'s Higher Education. .Follow up with prospective students and parents for sales conversion via variouschannels. .Support enrolment-related events and activities which include Open Days, EnrolmentDays and other events organized to attract prospective students. .Support market intelligence and information gathering of competitors\' offerings. Wow Student Experience .Ensure that excellent customer service is always provided to new prospectivestudents and parents through all channels. .Ensure timely responses to all enrolment-related requests by prospective studentsand parents. .Manage stock inventory and maintenance of the promotional materials andmerchandise of Taylor\'s Higher Education for the team. Cost Leadership .Support in optimizing the Sales Cost of Acquisition through improving processefficiency and productivity of the team. .Assist in producing relevant reports as requested by the Manager. High-Performance Organization .Manage and cultivate sales-driven culture within the team. .Ensure technological adoption for the team to achieve the sales target. .Coordinate meetings, staffing requirements and staff briefings. Minimum Qualifications .Degree in Business Management / Marketing / International Business or othermanagement-related discipline. Related Experience .At least two (2) years of working experience in an educational environment ispreferred. Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply. .Business development and account management experience in the educationenvironment is preferred. .Experience in regional sales execution would be an added advantage.
