Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Passionate about helping students achieve their education goals.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
• Experience in education counseling or sales is an added advantage.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Counseling & Consultation

• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to students and parents.
• Understand students' academic background, interests, and career goals to recommend suitable courses and institutions (local or overseas).
• Explain entry requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, visa procedures, and study life in various destinations.
• Assist students throughout the application and admission process.

2. Application & Admission Processing

• Guide students in completing application forms and preparing supporting documents.
• Liaise with universities/colleges for application submission, offer letters, and visa-related matters.
• Track and update students' application status in the system or shared drive.

3. Marketing & Event Participation

• Participate in education fairs, school visits, workshops, and webinars.
• Assist in organizing FEN Education events, open days, and seminars.
• Support marketing team in promoting courses via social media, WhatsApp, and follow-up calls.
• Contribute ideas for promotional campaigns and student engagement.

4. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, school counselors, and partner institutions.
• Follow up with past leads and maintain high conversion rates through consistent communication.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term relationships with enrolled students.

5. Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, counseling sessions, and application progress.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on leads, applications, and enrollments.
• Support management in achieving recruitment targets and other assigned goals.
