Minimum Qualification: SPM A prestigious private college in Jalan Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Education Facilitator to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates with a minimum qualification of SPM who have a background in education or a related field. While 2-3 years of experience is preferred, it is not required. The Education Facilitator will play a crucial role in supporting our faculty and students, ensuring a conducive learning environment. Responsibilities:

• Assist faculty members in preparing and organizing classroom materials, including lesson plans, handouts, and visual aids.
• Provide support to students during classes, tutorials, and laboratory sessions, facilitating their learning experience.
• Help coordinate and execute extracurricular activities, workshops, and events that complement the college\'s academic programs.
• Address student inquiries and concerns, directing them to appropriate resources and services within the college.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress, providing timely feedback to faculty and students.
• Assist with invigilating exams, ensuring adherence to college examination policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the college\'s educational programs and services through feedback and collaboration with faculty and staff.
• Maintain a safe and orderly learning environment, ensuring compliance with college regulations and health and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of SPM; a diploma or degree in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in education or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed in their academic pursuits.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and academic activities.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen.
