Education Field Executive



Location: Malaysia (nationwide travel)

Type: Full-Time

Role Summary



We're looking for a confident and energetic Education Field Executive to promote Pandai to schools and education departments across Malaysia. This role combines sales, presentations, and relationship-building with key stakeholders in the education ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities



1. Sales & Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within schools and education bodies. Promote Pandai and achieve monthly/quarterly KPI targets. Gather leads from events, presentations, and outreach activities.
2. Presentation Delivery

Deliver engaging, persuasive presentations on Pandai's mission, features, and impact. Highlight success stories, case studies, and data-driven outcomes (e.g., student improvement, teacher efficiency). Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase platform usability.
3. Audience Engagement

Adapt presentations for school principals, teachers, parents, students, and policymakers. Handle Q&A sessions, addressing concerns, feedback, and objections confidently.
4. Stakeholder Relationship Building

Build and maintain strong relationships with JPN, PPD, SSTP, school leaders, and other education decision-makers. Identify potential partnerships to support Pandai's long-term adoption.
5. Content Preparation

Work with marketing and product teams to ensure presentation materials reflect current features. Customize slides, handouts, videos, and other content based on audience needs.
6. Feedback & Reporting

Gather feedback from attendees to improve presentation quality and product enhancements. Submit post-event reports, including lead generation, engagement metrics, and follow-up action items.

Qualifications & Skills



Experience

Proven experience in sales, public speaking, education advocacy, customer engagement, or similar roles. Familiarity with Malaysia's education system and government agencies (KPM, JPN, PPD, SSTP). Experience presenting to large audiences (100+ people) is a strong advantage.
Technical Skills

Able to learn and demonstrate Pandai's platform (training provided). Proficient in presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Google Slides and Google Workspace.
Soft Skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and storytelling abilities in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Confident, charismatic, and able to engage both large audiences and small groups. Strong problem-solving skills, especially during live demos or technical challenges. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Other Requirements



Own a laptop with reliable internet. Must have own transport and a valid driving licence. Willing to travel extensively across Malaysia, including occasional weekends or evenings. Passionate about education, technology, and helping students succeed.

Compensation & Benefits



Basic Salary: RM2,500 - RM3,500 (depending on experience). Performance-Based Incentives and bonuses. Flexible working hours. Occasional remote working with required in-person visits to schools and departments. Opportunities for career growth in sales, partnerships, and leadership roles.
