Content & Campaign Development
Create compelling content for student recruitment across digital channels (social media, email, blogs, websites).
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
Digital Marketing
Manage paid ads (Google, Meta, Edu-specific platforms) and optimize performance.
Oversee SEO/SEM strategies to improve visibility and organic traffic.
Monitor analytics to track engagement and campaign success.
Events & Outreach
Coordinate webinars, open houses, school visits, and community events.
Support partnerships with schools, organizations, and education influencers.
CRM & Lead Management
Use CRM systems to track leads, nurture prospective students, and measure conversion rates.
Collaborate with admissions teams to improve inquiry-to-enrollment processes.
Branding & Communication
Maintain consistent branding across all channels and campaigns.
Create student success stories, testimonials, and case studies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in marketing (education industry preferred).
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
