This role is for a Consultant in the Public Service Industry team within Accenture Strategy & Consulting\'s Global Network (GN) practice. GN is being grown aggressively to service overseas markets and has grown from startup mode to over 8500 consultants today. The PS industry group works with the following sub industries: Education Revenue Social Services Post & Parcel Cities & Infrastructure among others and other companies across the PS value chain, providing consulting services. The Consultant will be responsible for helping in driving our clients\' requests and business planning efforts. Responsibilities may include: Project Delivery : Deliver projects for global clients by working together with medium to large size teams. Responsibilities may include strategy, implementation, process design and change management for specific modules. Business Development : Support efforts of global sales team to identify and win potential opportunities within the practice. Domain Development : Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, internal tools, or materials for use by larger community. Acquiring skills that have utility across industry groups. 3 years and above years of exposure to consulting in Public Services, with minimum 1 year of mandatory experience in the Higher Education sub industry Industry/ functional Skills (Overall Industry) Has very good understanding of Global Public Service market trends, best practices, and clients across both developed and emerging economies Has very good exposure to large transformation programs in the PS domain Thought leadership experience is preferred: Exposure to consulting assets, methodologies, points-of-view, research or white papers, marketing collaterals etc. in public service The right candidate must have analytical skills to provide clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights (Education Sub Industry) Have very good understanding of global trends and developments in the Education sector and understands challenges faced by Higher Education Institutions and Government Departments of Education Ability to understand and engage in meaningful discussions around use of emerging tech such as Generative AI/Chatbots, Immersive Learning, etc. Experience in one or more of the following areas in the context of Higher Education institutions is a must: Design and implementation of Business Strategy for setting up of new institutions or revenue growth in existing institutions Assessment of existing operating models/ organization structures for Business and IT functions and development of new efficient operating models Development of digital transformation roadmaps for institutions covering aspects such as latest innovations around student experience, online and hybrid learning, future of work, smart next generation campuses Assessment and design of core processes including recruitment, admissions, financial aid, enrollment, career services, and advancement Improvement in student experience across entire student lifecycle through process/ technology innovations including Enterprise Salesforce implementations Design and implementation of modern platforms across Student Management System, Learning Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (Workday/SAP/ Oracle) Exposure to cloud modernization initiatives Equal Employment Opportunity Statement All employment decisions shall be made without regard to age, race, creed, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, citizenship status or any other basis as protected by federal, state, or local law.
