Job Description

Education Counselor - Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Student Counseling & Academic Advising
- Guide students in selecting suitable academic programs based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
- Provide personalized counseling for both local and international university pathways.

2. University Admissions Coordination
- Assist students with application procedures, document preparation, and submission to partner universities.
- Ensure students meet entry requirements and deadlines for Malaysian and overseas institutions.

3. Scholarship Advisory & Management
- Advise students on available scholarships, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
- Coordinate scholarship interviews, documentation, and follow-up with funding bodies.

4. Pre-Admission Qualification Interviews
- Organize and conduct interview sessions to assess students' readiness and suitability for university placement and scholarship awards.
- Collaborate with university representatives for joint evaluations and selection.

5. "JOM MASUK U!" Campaign Execution
- Lead and implement the "JOM MASUK U!" campaign to promote higher education awareness among school leavers and underserved communities.
- Plan roadshows, school visits, webinars, and community engagement programs.

6. Digital Marketing & Outreach
- Set up and manage digital advertisements across platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok) to promote university programs and scholarship opportunities.
- Create and share informative content on higher education, career pathways, and financial aid via social media and email campaigns.

7. Institutional Liaison & Client Servicing
- Maintain strong relationships with university clients, ensuring alignment with recruitment targets and scholarship quotas.
- Act as a communication bridge between students, institutions, and funding bodies.

8. Event Planning & Program Development
- Organize education fairs, career talks, and workshops to support student development and recruitment goals.
- Coordinate logistics, speaker invitations, and promotional materials.

9. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of student placements, scholarship disbursements, and performance metrics.
- Generate monthly and annual reports for internal review and client reporting.

10. Compliance & Professional Ethics
- Uphold ethical standards in student advising, ensuring transparency and fairness in all processes.
- Stay updated with education policies, visa regulations, and institutional changes.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
