Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct theory and practical training for Hairdressing SKM Level 1-3 in accordance with JPK/DSD standards (NOSS). Prepare lesson plans, assessment tools, and training documentation. Perform assessment and verification as a Pegawai Penilai (PP) under DSD guidelines. Supervise and mentor students in practical sessions and industrial attachments. Maintain compliance with institutional and JPK accreditation requirements. Ensure training salon hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:

SKM Level 3 / DKM / DLKM in Hairdressing or a related field. Completed Kursus Induksi PP-PPD-PPB (under DSD/JPK). Registered as a Pegawai Penilai (PP) with JPK (Hairdressing). At least 2 years of working experience in the professional hairdressing or salon industry. Prior teaching/training experience in SKM programs will be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and developing young talent. Professional appearance and strong work ethics.
