• Lead and manage all activities within Electrical Engineering section and its development in line with Business Area expectations
• Assure the resource planning, utilization, and support resource balancing within BA organization
• Assign tasks to team members according to their internal function, competences, and capabilities
• Responsible to plan and monitor the execution of all activities/ tasks to meet due dates according to quality requirements
• Participates to the budget planning and tracks the budget for his/ her group
• Mentoring and/ or coaching team members on technical topics to obtain expected project results
• Drive the quality initiatives and quality assurance measures within the EE organization

Qualifications

• Degree/ Masters in Electric/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in area of Product design/development
• Strong analytic and able to guide team on Structured Problem Solving
• Team leader with good communication skill is essential
• Strong knowledge on EMC and Robust technical design requirement. Able to support the team for trouble shooting and design review
• Good knowledge on electronic design simulation tool i.e PSPICE, Zuken
• Experience in leading a team of 5 or more engineers is an advantage
