Key responsibility

Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability Developing, implementing and monitoring production processes to achieve quality, cost and efficiency targets Troubleshoots design or process issues, implements improvements, and supports all other daily activities in production Developing, implementing and monitoring production processes Analysing production data and identifying opportunities for process improvements Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications Interacting with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field Conducting experiments and tests to optimise process parameters and equipment performance Providing technical support and training to production staff Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status Ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, regulations and safety protocols

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering or above, process-related work experience is preferred Familiar with new product implementation process, production process, and improvement process Have a strong desire to succeed and enterprising spirit, and be able to face various challenges and growth pressure during fast development Have a clear career plan, be willing to engage in management work, and be willing to work hard to achieve your goals Responsible, willing to take responsibility, and willing to work hard to make yourself capable of taking responsibility Mandarin is significant Fresh graduates is welcome
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
