CONTRACT ROLE FOR 12 MONTHS

Admin task

- Issue, courier, record official receipt details upon receipt of bank transfer from patient
- Arrange for patient refund paperwork and system payout
- Prepare credit block information and send to supervisor for approval to release blocked orders

AR management (collection related)

- Contact customers to check on overdue and request for payment plan (Basic emailing skill & communication skill in English)

Requirements:

- Related work experience of 1 - 2 years in AR Administration.

- At least a diploma holder. Bachelor\'s degree would be a bonus.

- Good communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Malay languages, maintaining good relationship with customers. Good personality.

- Meticulous and have attention to details.
