CONTRACT ROLE FOR 12 MONTHS Admin task Issue, courier, record official receipt details upon receipt of bank transfer from patient Arrange for patient refund paperwork and system payout Prepare credit block information and send to supervisor for approval to release blocked orders AR management (collection related) Contact customers to check on overdue and request for payment plan (Basic emailing skill & communication skill in English) Requirements Related work experience of 1 - 2 years in AR Administration. At least a diploma holder. Bachelor\'s degree would be a bonus. Good communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Malay languages, maintaining good relationship with customers. Good personality. Meticulous and have attention to details.
