- Able to read & write & speak in English and Mandarin.
- Spoken Cantonese is a MUST.
- Minimum SPM.
- Good attitude and team spirit.
- Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
- Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour lunch for rest.
- Willing to work in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
- Able to handle incoming customer inquiries over the telephone or other channels by providing accurate, efficient, and quality service that exceeds customers\' expectations.
- Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to remain professional, confident,and patient.
- Ability to multi-task and with a good attention to detail.
- 6 working days in a week.
