1. Provides technical expertise and guidance for safety and health programs and services. 2. Evaluates and monitors company practices to ensure compliance with all environmental, health and safety governmental regulations. 3. Advises management on ways to enhance employee safety while still maximizing productivity. 4. Required to perform risk assessment, execute periodic audits/inspections, coordinate samplings/monitoring and conduct trainings to employees and vendor/contractor/suppliers. 5. Liaise with external organization on Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) compliance matters. 6. Establish, maintain and enhance programs to ensure compliance to legal and ELNA PCB EHS requirement. 7. Conduct program audits, site inspection and near miss/incident/injury including follow-up, closure and communication. 8. Analyze data, conduct trend analysis, apply problem solving methodology and formulate recommendation to drive continual improvement of EHS improvement system performance and prevent recurrence of near miss, incident and injury. 9. Conduct design review and hazard assessment for new equipment, parts and material (process and non-process). 10. Develop and review EHS training materials and employee training matrix. Conduct training as per training matrix. 11. Stay abreast of emerging regulations and evaluation that impacts to the organization. 12. Maintain an effective communication and collaboration with internal and external parties, including government agencies (DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and AELB). 13.
