Whether you\xe2\x80\x99ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you\xe2\x80\x99re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.\xc2\xb7 Assist in identifying risks and force a pro-active planning process on Safety program.\xc2\xb7 To set and maintain the CS area including plant room as a healthy working environment for employees, which is, as far as reasonably practicable, safe and without risk to health and injury\xc2\xb7 To comply with the Intel Standard requirements including all related management system i.e ISO 45001, 14001, RBA.\xc2\xb7 Identify and evaluate hazards, environmental aspects and work practices in the workplace, help develop controls for identified hazards & environmental aspects and coordinate the implementation of control or preventive measures by performing routine line walk and audit and communicate observations and monitor closure with action item owner.\xc2\xb7 Measure, evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of Safety control system, policies, and procedures and recommend changes to improve processes, eliminate/reduce workplace hazards and eliminate/reduce environmental pollutions\xc2\xb7 Investigate, compile, analyze and report Safety performance including industrial accidents, injuries, or occupational diseases and environmental investigation accidents\xc2\xb7 Coordinates relevant activities as a management representative, such as daily toolbox/pre-shift meeting and management at the site.\xc2\xb7 Review, develop, and enforce the implementation of Safety related procedures in response with customer requirements, company and applicable laws/regulatory.\xc2\xb7 Has knowledge and can facilitate EHS Induction and other training mainly on Safety and etc. for relevant suppliers/contractors,\xc2\xb7 Arranging, facilitating, and tracking of JLL employees Safety trainings\xc2\xb7 Facilitates, assist Occupational incident investigation in conjunction with line and facility staff personnel.\xc2\xb7 Tracks EHS Local Regulatory, assess application and communicate implementation to all stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Implementing corrective actions and suspending operations if required.\xc2\xb7 Advising various parties on workers\' compensation claims pertaining to workplace exposures.\xc2\xb7 Maintaining current knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation.\xc2\xb7 Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Location:On-site \xe2\x80\x93Kulim, MalaysiaJLL Privacy NoticeJLL, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
