Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EHS Executive to support and enforce our EHS programs, ensuring a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Monitor and enforce compliance with all relevant EHS regulations, standards, and company policies. Conduct workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and audits to ensure safe practices are complied with local legal requirement. Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate and deliver EHS training, safety inductions, and awareness programs. Manage emergency response plans, including fire safety, spill control, and evacuation drills. Maintain EHS records, prepare regulatory reports, and support internal/external audits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed safety and environmental standards into daily operations. Support sustainability initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in EHS performance.

QUALIFICATION:-

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field. Possesses SHO green book and OSH Coordination certification. Candidates with ad-hoc competency certifications relevant to industrial operations will have an advantage. Minimum 2-4 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of local EHS regulations and best practices. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and training delivery skills. Experience in energy storage, electronics, or battery manufacturing environments will be an added advantage. The candidate must be willing to work in Jeram, Kuala Selangor.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
