Job Description
Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic, or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 8 years
' related experience inEHS and maintenance
management. Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and OSHA AUTOCAD proficiency is an advantage. Lead the EHS and Maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with corporate and local authorities' regulations (JKKP, DOE, BOMBA). Implement and drive site-level safety, environmental, and carbon reduction initiatives. Plan and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance for machines, facilities, and utilities to minimize downtime. Manage vendors, contractors, and spare parts inventory for cost-effective operations. Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and lead continuous improvement (Kaizen) and CAPA processes. Promote a proactive safety culture and develop team competency through training and coaching. etcJob Type: Permanent
