Job Description

Education and Experience:

Bachelor Degree in Safety and Health or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety.

Candidate with construction experience / cleanroom experience is an advantage

. Safety passport / green book holder. Certifications such as OSHA, or equivalent would be an advantage. Familiar with local legal requirement related to Occupational Safety and Environment. Able to execute in MS Office (Eg.; MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Outlook, etc), including calendar set-up/arrangement, emails, document attachment, etc Able to develop full of progress report and analysis report. Able to give in-house training and philosophy behind the EHS of each task

Assess environmental health and safety risks, opportunities and impacts, standards and regulations and advise on potential impacts to internal and external stakeholders. Regularly inspecting facilities, equipment, and work processes to identify hazards and ensure compliance with established standards. Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential hazards and risks in the workplace. Developing and delivering training programs to employees on various EHS topics, including safety procedures, emergency response, and hazard recognition. Investigating accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of safety data sheets, training, inspections, and incident reports. Fostering a workplace environment where safety is a priority and employees are engaged in maintaining a safe work environment. Working with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and human resources, to integrate EHS considerations into all aspects of the business. Implementing and promoting sustainable practices related to waste reduction, resource utilization, and pollution prevention.
