• Uphold the Company\'s Quality Policy, Values and Beliefs

\xc2\xb7 Develop, Implement and maintain EHS management system policy, procedures, and work instructions.\xc2\xb7 Ensure associates follow and comply with EHS management system policy, procedures, work instructions as well as regulations.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for site environment management including but not limited to dangerous chemicals, emissions and solid waste management.\xc2\xb7 Arrange and conduct EHS regular audits and track (safety audits or other related audits)\xc2\xb7 Cooperate with local authorities and authorized 3rd party company audit and finish the tasks timely.\xc2\xb7 Understand the updating of EHS laws and regulations\xc2\xb7 Work with other Managers to be responsible for site safety management to meet national/local regulations and Company\'s internal standards, including risk assessment, contractor & supplier management, work permit, forklift standard, machinery safety and accident investigation, analysis and tracking etc.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for establishing & maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems in the JBM plant.\xc2\xb7 Compile weekly production plan. Daily update and adjust the daily production plan per inventory, shipping plan, material shortage and capacity & Maintain minimum stock levels to prevent product stock outs (Backup role)\xc2\xb7 Other tasks arranged by Company based on business developmentRequirement\xc2\xb7 University degree in chemistry, Engineering, EHS or other related field\xc2\xb7 At least 2 years of working experience in chemical/manufacturing industry\xc2\xb7 5 to 7 years of experience in the EHS specialisation\xc2\xb7 ISO14001, and ISO 45001, machine safety knowledge and experience is preferred.\xc2\xb7 Experience/knowledge of wastewater treatment.\xc2\xb7 Experience/knowledge in production planning is preferred.\xc2\xb7 Good MS Office skills.\xc2\xb7 Good communication ability to work effectively with other colleagues.\xc2\xb7 Understand Malaysian regulations on environment, safety, firefighting and health.\xc2\xb7 Able to work under pressure.\xc2\xb7 Willing and active to learn\xc2\xb7 IndependentSub Specialization : Others;Any
