Job responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and improve safety performance. Coordinate and deliver EHS training programs to employees and contractors to promote a culture of safety. Collaborate with management to integrate EHS considerations into business operations and strategic planning. Prepare and submit required EHS reports and documentation to regulatory agencies. Monitor and analyze EHS performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness for potential incidents.


Job requirements:

Minimum SPM, certificate, or diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Construction, or related field. 2-3 years of on-site safety supervision experience in construction. Valid DOSH Yellow Book and first aid certification; training in fire safety, working at heights, and confined spaces preferred. Experience in data center, industrial, or high-tech facility construction a plus. Familiar with EHS documentation, work permits, and site safety records. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
