1) Bertanggungjawab melaksanakan tugas-tugas di Unit Pemasaran dengan teratur dan baik. 2) Bertanggungjawab melaporkan segala aktiviti jabatan kepada Penyelia dan Pengurusan. 3) Menyelaraskan pelaksanaan aktiviti pemasaran langsung, \xe2\x80\x98digital marketing\xe2\x80\x99 dan \xe2\x80\x98tele-marketing\xe2\x80\x99 untuk memperluaskan dan mewujudkan hubungan baik dengan pihak industri, persatuan industri dan agensi kerajaan bagi mempromosikan kursus latihan kemahiran. 4) Membantu mendapatkan pelatih yang mencukupi bagi setiap program yang ditawarkan dibawah geran atau pinjaman. 5) Mengambil tindakan susulan bagi syarikat-syarikat yang telah dilawati terutamanya yang telah menunjukkan minat dan mempunyai potensi. 6) Memastikan penyediaan dan pengedaran brosur/pamphlet kepada semua pelanggan mengikut masa yang ditetapkan dan keperluan semasa. 7) Menjalankan lain-lain tugas yang diarahkan dari masa ke semasa oleh pihak pengurusan.
