Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow instructions from Team Lead, supervisor and engineer. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure that design verifications and design validations are carried out to confirm the design with the assistance of relevant system/subsystem engineers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure timely completion of team\xe2\x80\x99s deliverables for each work package, Project Milestones and tender proposals, within budget using both technical engineering and administrative skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Architect solutions together with specialist for each project. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate to resolve escalated technical issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Technical and program-level support and guidance to the team, including execution strategies, will be provided. \xe2\x80\xa2 Necessary technical skills required in upcoming projects and opportunities will be provided. We will provide structured training and ensure team is sufficiently trained in time to breach this competency gap. Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 More than 1 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing/precision engineering environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in mechanical assembly. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to understand basic electrical drawing, schematic & GD&T. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate Leadership capabilities and possess excellent. Interpersonal and Communication Skills (both written and verbal), as the successful candidate will facilitate the link between Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain. \xe2\x80\xa2 Involvement in Continual Improvement initiatives (e.g. 5S, Lean, Kaizen).
