Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain electrical systems and equipment in compliance with

Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga)

regulations. Conduct routine inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on electrical systems such as switchgears, transformers, distribution boards, and motor control centers. Ensure all electrical activities are performed safely and in accordance with the

Electricity Supply Act 1990

and

Electricity Regulations 1994

. Respond to electrical faults, breakdowns, and emergencies, providing immediate corrective action. Maintain accurate logbooks, maintenance records, and reports as required by regulatory authorities. Coordinate with TNB (Tenaga Nasional Berhad), contractors, and regulatory bodies on electrical-related matters. Support the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) team by ensuring compliance with safe work practices and assisting during safety audits.

Job Requirements:

Must hold a valid

A4 Chargeman Competency Certificate

issued by the

Energy Commission (Suruhanjaya Tenaga)

. Minimum education:

SPM or equivalent

, with technical certification in electrical engineering. At least

3 years of working experience

in industrial or plant electrical systems. (Fresh certificate holders may also be considered.)*
Sound knowledge of

Low Voltage (LV)

and basic

High Voltage (HV)

systems. Willing to work on

weekends, or public holidays

, if any during on call. Safety-conscious, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
