Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add a/an Electrical Design Engineering Manager located in Batu Kawan, Penang.

What a typical day looks like:

• Ability to design, develop EE architecture for consumer electronic product and business strategy.
• Understanding and implementing designs from technical drawings and some SW knowledge is a plus.
• Interacting with suppliers, partners, contractors and customers using verbal and written communication.
• Attending customer meetings and able communicate with customer\xe2\x80\x99s Architect Engineers.
• Making presentations to clients and coworkers.
• Creating product documentation and records.
• Preparing cost estimates for customers and other employees.
• Proposing technology and solutions to customer.
• Finding innovative ways to create products, improve the design, cost-effectiveness, make them more efficient and meeting customer\xe2\x80\x99s requirement.

The experience we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add to our team:

• Requires a Bachelor\'s Degree in EE Engineering or a similar field.
• Requires minimum of 8 years previous experience as a EE Design Engineer or a similar role.
• Proven experience using EE software; knowledge of Cadence or similar.
