Review project specifications, scopes of work, drawings, and client requirements
Prepare technical proposals, application engineering documents, and system configurations
Design and develop electrical control panels, wiring schematics, layouts, and bills of materials
Prepare, interpret, and update electrical drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent tools
Provide technical support during tender and bid stages including datasheets, compliance matrices, and technical clarifications
Support equipment sizing and selection for generators, control panels, switchgear, and power systems
Coordinate with internal engineering, production teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
Prepare and control project documentation including drawings, procedures, reports, and submissions
Support FAT, SAT, testing, and commissioning activities, including punch list tracking and documentation
Conduct site inspections and assist in supervision of installation works and subcontractors
Support troubleshooting, technical assessments, and site-based problem-solving
Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and safety requirements
Participate in technical meetings and prepare minutes and action trackers
Ensure projects are delivered within quality, schedule, and cost expectations
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
3-5 years of relevant working experience in engineering, project execution, or application engineering (experience in oil and gas is an added advantage)
Strong understanding of electrical systems, control systems, and power generation equipment
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documents
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with AutoCAD or electrical design software is a strong advantage
Knowledge or hands-on experience with diesel and gas engine generator systems is an added advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to travel to project sites when required
Strong technical aptitude and proactive problem-solving mindset
