• Responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the electrical system and equipment installed.
• Maintaining the integrity and efficient operation of building systems including janitorial services.
• Provides engineering and technical support to the team and subordinate on all electrical and building engineering issues.
• Maintain required levels of building maintenance and Electrical engineering aspect of design, integrity and performance of equipment, systems and services as per engineering specifications and relevant codes and practices.
• Manage the development and delivery of nominated minor and major projects.
• Identify the needs of the Facilities Equipment maintenance and draw the necessary maintenance plans & execute.
• Coordinate maintenance activity for Facilities equipment such as VCB, ACB, Switch gear, Transformer, Protection relay, MSB, SSB, DB\'s, Capacitor bank, Generator set, lightning protection, electrical & building grounding and end load are maintain in correct way with PM program in place.
• Managing project given by WD by attending project meeting request, prepare layout, idea proposed with conceptual design, budgetary and generate scope of work for tendering purpose.
• Provide utility matrix and cost reduction program to lowering facility running cost.
• To carry out any given tasks assigned by immediate Superior.
• Breakdown Issue/crisis (upset) management at off working hours, weekend and public holiday.
• Provides planning and oversite for predictive, preventative, and reactionary maintenance and repair of the building and utility plants.
• To provide planning and oversite for cleaning activity. Leading cleaning team do cleaning activity at clean room, general area, outside building and landscaping mater.
• Janitorial work (including but not limited to) cleaning, mopping, vinyl loor polishing, vacuuming, glass cleaning as required
• Handling all legal licence and renewal.
• Maintaining all ISO related document for Facilities.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Minimum 3 year experience managing electrical system and building maintenance for industry.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Degree in Electrical Engineering.

PREFERRED:

• Experience managing LV and HT electrical system and maintenance.
• Working experience in clean room environment will be an added advantage.
• Pro-active, independent and right attitude.
• Possess right analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and able to converse and write well in English.

SKILLS:

• Basic Computer skills preferably in Microsoft Office and email.
• Candidate with professional certificate; certified by professional body or authority in specialty field and familiar with local authority dealing will be an added advantage.
