Job Description

Job Responsibility Responsible for the overall coordination of the management system and continuous improvement of operation. Responsible for QMS activity include documentation and record control, internal and external audit, corrective and preventive action for the findings in audit and etc. Advise departments and monitoring the implementation of SOP, WI and improvements. Responsible and lead in Continuous Improvement activity include 6S, Problem Solving, Kaizen and etc. Identify statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes. Manage and control daily quality related tasks Liaison with customers on all issues pertaining to product quality. Responsible for overall product quality to ensure low rejection and continuous quality improvement. Handling of Testing measurements. Carry out any other quality related tasks and assignments as and when required. Monitor supplier/sub-con performance and develop under-performing suppliers as well as organize periodical supplier audits. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering - Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent. At least 3 year(s)of working experience in Quality related field is required for this position in managing quality of parts, supplier audit & improvement activities. Ability to handle customer feedback & ensure product quality meets customer requirement. Ability to monitor team performance to achieve customer standards and expectation. Knowledge in FMEA, SPC,8D, etc. Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods. Good knowledge of MS Office and databases.
