ALBS is an Air Liquide entity in Kuala Lumpur, regrouping for the APAC scope its Business Service Centers (Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai) as well as the two Global Functions (IT, Digital and Procurement). The electrical expert will bring support to operations (e.g. maintenance optimization, Root-Cause Analysis, predictive maintenance), while ensuring that Industrial Management System and latest Group Standards are well deployed locally. His/her will emphasis on high-voltage equipment. He/she will also lead the Industrial Program in his/her field. As an expert, he/she will share his/her knowledge to the peers, while closing the loop by updating Group Standards and requirements.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Be a key stakeholder of safety, especially being the leader in electrical safety good practice.
• Provide support to operations and review the standard Operations Procedures.
• Contribute to vulnerability/sustainability studies; proposed new reliability and efficiency projects by using data.
• Ensure appropriate Root-Cause Analysis and capitalization
• Perform Expertise Annual Review in each plant
• Support preparation of Turn-Around (esp. Method of Statement, spare parts availability, suppliers selection), on-site TAR support and provide guidance on consumables availability
• Be the focal point when liaising with Original Equipment Manufacturers on technical issues
• Improve Methods of Statement for maintenance of electrical equipment, based on Air Liquide Good Practices
• Act as a Design Authority in his/her field, being a key player in the Management Of Change process
• Ensure that technical documents and data (incl. CMMS and technical events historian) are updated and to have a full knowledge of electrical equipment pool (focus on high voltage), incl. spare parts and communalities between assets
• Manage local leaders electrical equipment workshops and develop technical expertise in Electrical Equipment field
• Manage industrial programme deployment

Are you a MATCH?

• Degree in Engineering (Maintenance/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical activities and preferably in Petrochemical/Chemical Industry.
• Excellent Communication skills, Team player, independent and strong problem-solving skills.
• Possess hands-on experience in a High-Voltage (including HV transformers, switchgears, synchronous/asynchronous motors) and in the maintenance experience will be an advantage.
• This role will be remunerated based on the domestic package
